23 Killed as Egypt Church Protests Turn Violent
Coptic Christians marched in protest against the continued burning of their churches and were met by a squad of plains-clothed police. Shots were fired. Gangs of “unknown origin” joined in turning it into a riot. Then the military and riot police showed up.
Britain’s Telegraph said it was the Christians’ fault, who we all kn0w are goons always looking for a fight with their Muslim persecutors.
Since no one can really be sure who the actual rioters were; Christians, Gangs of Muslim Brotherhood thugs or plains clothes cops, or even military anti-riot police with guns, the better policy for Egyptian authorities is to require all Christians to wear a large cross sewn onto their outer garments..
…So it will be easier to identify them and know that they are innocent when the next riot occurs.
With no security in their homes and churches and eventually jobs, a hostile government, and a hostile world press, it’s time they smelled the coffee, packed up their bags and got out of town before it’s too late. Pogroms are just around the corner.
America should offer them sanctuary as we did the Jews in the 1930s.
Christians make up 10%…8 million…of Egypt’s population. That’s ten Congressional districts, enough to unseat the Congressional Black Caucus. I thinking maybe southern Michigan for starters.
And oh, yes, this is what Barack Obama wanted. He worked hard for it.
